As a son of Mexican immigrants raised in poverty along the U.S.-Mexico border, Rodolfo is committed to planning and developing sustainable, healthy, and socially-equitable communities. With 10-plus years of strategic leadership within the public sector, Rodolfo has extensive experience in driving systems-level change in partnership with marginalized families across the United States. His leadership experiences encompass social impact assignments in Latin America, Australia, and across various bi-cultural border settings in the U.S. Rodolfo has disrupted status quo through transformative programs, projects, and public policies.
