Ronneal Mathews is a public health professional with over 20 years of experience. Her primary focus areas are improving maternal health of Black women, advancing reproductive justice, increasing accessibility of doulas, and helping organizations implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks. Mrs. Mathews is building connections with professionals doing similar work in Oklahoma City and beyond. She is also working to build new connections through her work at Thrive, a nonprofit organization focused on improving adolescent sexual health and well-being in Oklahoma County.


Ronneal is a passionate and compassionate advocate for the health and well-being of adolescents around the country. She is focused on helping Black women and girls achieve optimal reproductive health through developing and implementing DEI frameworks that advance reproductive well-being in the communities most in need.
